I'm Victoria — a qualified sommelier — I host small, private tastings built around Spain's grape varieties and growing regions. Real knowledge, no stiffness: we talk through where the grapes grow, how the wine is made, and why it tastes the way it does, over six exceptional Spanish wines and a spread of local snacks.
Planning a memorable group event can be tricky — every tasting is designed around who's actually at the table. The grapes and the stories change accordingly, but the setting, the snacks and the six pours stay the same.

A WSET Level 3 sommelier, born in England and based in Sitges, Victoria offers an approachable, storytelling-driven approach to wine tasting. Instead of rigid lectures, you’ll enjoy a relaxed, private conversation tailored around your group's taste and rhythm. Every session features six curated pours, rich context on winemaking and origins, and warm, unhurried hospitality.

How many guests can you host?
The terrace comfortably seats up to 10 guests. For larger groups, we move to a favourite wine shop in central Sitges instead — see Larger Groups above.
Where exactly does the tasting take place?
Five minutes from central Sitges, in a private home rather than a storefront. The exact address is shared once your tasting is confirmed.
Do I need to know anything about wine beforehand?
Not at all. Tastings are relaxed and explained clearly, whether you're a complete beginner or already wine-obsessed.
Can the tasting come to us instead of the terrace?
Yes — glasses, wine and snacks set up wherever you're staying, in your home or holiday rental. See Tastings at Home above.
How much does it cost?
Signature Tasting starts at €300 minimum for two, plus €50 per extra guest. Private Cellar Tasting starts at €1,000 minimum for two, plus €150 per extra guest, and adds cheese, ham and a fuller spread. See Pricing above, or get in touch and Victoria will confirm a quote for your group.
